MWCNT (Multi-Wall Carbon Nanotubes)
1D tubular structure with moderate aspect ratio, forms line-contact conductive networks. Outperforms carbon black at just 0.5–1.5% loadings. The current mainstream standard for mid-to-high end NMC/LFP traction batteries and general energy storage systems.
VGCF (Vapor-Grown Carbon Fiber)
Rigid sub-micron fibers that combine conductivity with mechanical structural support to reduce electrode swelling. Applied at 0.5–2% loadings, perfect for high-power batteries, fast-charging energy storage, and silicon anode co-formulation.
SWCNT (Single-Wall Carbon Nanotubes)
Ultra-fine 1D tubes with exceptional aspect ratio, builds a complete 3D conductive network at only 0.05–0.2% loadings. Boasts unmatched electrical/thermal conductivity and tolerance for volume expansion. Purpose-built for high-nickel cathodes, silicon anodes, ultra-fast charging cells, and semi-solid batteries.
